I'm a delivery and product professional within financial services, currently doing business development at a front-office technology consultancy. I've taken internal platforms and client investment systems from requirements through to go-live. I work close to the technical detail without being an engineer — I understand the trade-offs, and I use AI tooling to actually build. I like taking complicated problems and getting them into something usable.

Arcavo
Warehouse accounting for 3PL operators
3PL operators — warehouses that hold other companies’ goods — get paid by the pallet-day. Most small ones still run that on spreadsheets: receipts on paper, monthly statements rebuilt by hand, statutory forms typed from scratch. Arcavo replaces the whole loop with one system.
I designed and built it end to end with AI tooling — product, data model, security, infrastructure and deployment. It has been in production at a cold-storage operator since June 2026.
Under the hood
- Stock is tracked by batch: every dispatch draws from a specific receipt, and the database itself refuses any change that would break the balance. A nightly reconciliation alerts on the slightest drift.
- Multi-tenant: row-level security in the database isolates each organisation’s data, and the access rules are covered by automated tests.
- A full audit trail of who changed what, readable by people rather than engineers.
- Self-hosted on a VPS in Russia, with encrypted off-site backups and restores tested end to end.
